Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tej Herbal, we are committed to providing high-quality Ayurvedic products. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order reaches you in excellent condition.

Please read our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic health supplements and consumable products, we do not accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Damaged after delivery
  • Purchased by mistake
  • Ordered in the wrong quantity or variant by the customer

This policy is in place to maintain hygiene, product safety, and quality standards.


2. Eligible Returns

You may request a replacement or refund only if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is missing from your order.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.
  • The product seal is broken upon delivery.

Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Images of the shipping package
  • A brief description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.


3. Refund Policy

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing timelines are generally:

  • Online Payments: 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (if applicable): Refunds will be processed through bank transfer after verification.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


4. Replacement Policy

If your replacement request is approved, we will dispatch a replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacement orders are subject to product availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with tampered or broken seals after delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

7. Damaged Shipment

If your package appears visibly damaged during delivery, we recommend:

  • Taking photographs before opening the package.
  • Informing the delivery executive immediately, if possible.
  • Contacting our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report transit damage within the specified timeframe may affect your eligibility for replacement or refund.
