1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Coverage
Currently, Tej Herbal ships products across most serviceable locations within India.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you as soon as possible and initiate a full refund if payment has already been made.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Any free shipping offers or promotional shipping discounts will be clearly communicated on the website from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your shipment tracking details.
You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.
6. Delivery
Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your package to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that:
- The shipping address is complete and accurate.
- A valid mobile number is provided.
- Someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
Tej Herbal shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Courier partner delays
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
We appreciate your patience in such situations.
8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend that you:
- Take clear photographs of the package before opening it.
- Refuse delivery if the damage is significant (where possible).
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, Tej Herbal cannot guarantee successful delivery or accept responsibility for any resulting loss or delay.
10. Cash on Delivery (If Available)
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered for your location:
- Availability will be shown during checkout.
- Additional verification may be required before dispatch.
- We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain situations, including repeated order refusals or suspected fraudulent activity.
11. International Shipping
Currently, Tej Herbal ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
